Crock Pot French Onion Soup Recipe with Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients -

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups toasted croutons
3 yellow onions, thinly sliced
4 slices Swiss cheese
¼ cup butter
4 cups beef broth

Preparation:

Add the butter, onions, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce to the crock pot, cover it and cook for 5 hours on high.

Put a slice of Swiss cheese in each soup bowl, pour the soup over the top.

Sprinkle the croutons on the soup and use a chopstick or your spoon to swirl the cheese through the soup.
